AI-Driven Marketing Architecture for Payroll Newsletter

I developed this automated newsletter pipeline to eliminate manual content research and editorial curation for a B2B payroll newsletter. I set up automated scraping to continuously monitor hundreds of financial and payroll news sources. I implemented intelligent filtering, deduplication, and auto-tagging to keep only highly relevant articles. I also integrated translation services to process international content and utilized LLMs to generate contextual summaries and professional HTML newsletters. Finally, I connected the backend to Brevo, utilizing tag-based contact segmentation to ensure subscribers receive personalized content matching their role. I built custom tracking workflows to monitor opens, clicks, and unsubscribes, allowing continuous optimization of the curation algorithm.
